Dolores, there are probably a number of treatments that substantially minimize stretch marks. I believe a dermatologist can really assist in this area. One important way to prevent or limit stretch marks, especially during pregnancy, is to eat a healthy diet, regularly hydrate with purified water, and frequently apply a natural, pregnancy-approved moisturizer. Actually, products like shea butter, olive oil, cocoa butter, coconut oil, and almond oil rubbed onto the skin are supposed to be very good.

Good luck!

Is there any known treatments for curing stretch marks? Also, what are the best ways to avoid getting stretch marks? Is there any way of avoiding them during pregnancy or muscle building?
